About Dr. Lynda Reid, PCC, PQ COACH™

Dr. Lynda Reid's career and life passions have taken her on a global journey. Her diverse pursuits have always been at the forefront of brain research and the creation of positive change. Her commitment to empowering women leaders to reach their full potential led her to enhance her skills after earning her Educational Doctorate. She underwent intensive coach training, earning the Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, and became a member of POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE®.

Resilience is a cornerstone of Dr. Reid's life. She has faced significant challenges, from hurricanes and wildfires to the loss of her husband. These experiences have required her to rebuild, process loss, relocate, and start again. As a caregiver and cheerleader for her husband through his two aggressive cancers, she learned that crisis is always an opportunity to learn, grow, and inspire others to tap into their capacity for resilience. Her philosophy, forged in the fires of adversity, inspired her to write her first book, the little book of MORE: the evolution of YOU.

Dr. Reid's transformative coaching programs are instrumental in supporting her clients in navigating the complexities of leadership. They empower individuals to break beyond burnout, doubt, and limiting beliefs. By increasing her client's mental fitness, maximizing their potential, and living a life of ease and flow, she helps them unlock a future filled with possibilities.

As a coach, she has had the honor of "holding the space" for kick-ass women leaders ready to create dynamic and sustainable change personally and professionally.
