Within every moment, you unconsciously engage with the four core elements of MORE. As a leader, you need to shift your awareness of your MORE from the unconscious to the conscious by strengthening your mental fitness, quieting your negative voices, tapping into your innate wisdom, and bolstering your self-control. Enhancing your understanding of each element will empower you to make conscious choices that foster your leadership and life.
Lynda's MORE feeds her purpose, passion, and values. She is dedicated to continually exploring and expanding her MORE as she inspires and empowers other women to do the same. Lynda leads from heart with honesty, respect, and appreciation for our ability to use our challenges as opportunities for learning growing and expanding our potential.
The following is a brief introduction to each core element.
MORE’s core element of Meaning acknowledges our need to contribute, belong, feel valued and play a part in creating a greater purpose. Meaning and purpose are not given to us but what we create from all that is given. It is living and leading with compassion and wisdom.

MORE relationships are founded on honesty, respect, and acceptance for others and ourselves. Your relationship with yourself and your perception of your worth and potential influence your relationships with others. Every MORE relationship recognizes that caring and compassionate relationships do not magically happen; they are a continuous work in progress as we each change and evolve into who we are meant to be. MORE individuals recognize that their evolution and journey intertwine their lives in a great variety of relationships. Some evolve along with us; others provide passing opportunities for us to learn and grow.
The fourth core component of MORE is founded on understanding, honoring, and selectively choosing how you express your emotions. The fourth core component of MORE is founded on understanding, honoring, and selectively choosing how you express your emotions. Your emotions are your barometer, signaling your innate response and trigger points to people and events. MORE Emotions require you to understand and accept a few fundamental realities. First, no one "makes" you feel a certain way, and how you feel is your choice. Second, when we stop ourselves from Owning and safely expressing and working through emotions such as guilt, anger, and pain, those emotions transform into dis-ease and disease in our bodies. Second, unexpressed emotions block your ability to create positive relationships and live fully MORE. Understanding, embracing, and working with your emotions can move you forward in creating Meaning in your life.
